Catalog description
This is an intensive course that combines the curriculum of elementary Arabic ( ARAB 1001 and ARAB 1002 ) and focuses on the productive skills (speaking and writing) in Modern Standard Arabic (Fusha). Designed for students who have squired Arabic in informal contexts. Students are exposed intensively to grammar and vocabulary of a high register. This course is for heritage and native speakers of Arabic only. Students may not receive credit for ARAB 1001 or ARAB 1002 in addition to ARAB 2150.
