Catalog description

This course provides an introduction to learning objectives and learner outcomes of teaching and learning. The focus of this course is on the exploration and development of learning objectives and learner outcomes, how they influence instructional methods, assessment, and design. By examining a variety of learning objectives and learner outcomes, students will identify a range of principles, perspectives, and tools that will be useful in developing appropriate instructional engagements and assessments. Prerequisite(s): APHS 7001 >= B Lecture Hours: 1 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
