An introductory course in financial accounting. The focus is on accounting as a system for reporting business activity. It includes study of the accounting cycle, the preparation and interpretation of basic financial statements, and the study of fundamental accounting principles. Prerequisite(s): MATH 1101 >=C or MATH 1111 >=C or MATH 1113 >=C or MATH 1220 >=C or MATH 2011 >=C or MATH 2012 >=C Lecture Hours: 3 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
