Basic concepts in statistics. Topics covered include probability, frequency, distributions and sampling, hypothesis testing, correlation, and regression. A maximum of three hours credit for QMTD 2740, BIOL/MATH 2200, STAT 1070, STAT C1070, STAT 2670, or STAT 2680 may be applied toward graduation requirements for math and computer science majors.
