A capstone course for the Decision Science option encompassing all aspects of production and operations management, including planning, coordinating and controlling operations of profit and not-for-profit enterprises. Topics include managing change, computer integrated manufacturing and total quality management. Prerequisite MKTG 4730, QMTD 4760 and QMTD 4780.
