Flag Football

Catalog description

This course introduces students to the fundamental skills, strategies, and rules of flag football while promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Students will learn essential techniques such as passing, catching, running routes, flag pulling, offensive and defensive formations, and game strategies. Instruction will emphasize skill development through drills, small-sided games, and full-field scrimmages.
