Catalog description

This course builds on the experience gained at the Leadership Development and Assessment Course (LDAC) in order to solve organizational and staff problems and discusses staff organization and functions, analysis of counseling responsibilities and methods, the principles of subordinate motivation, and organizational change. Students will apply leadership and problem-solving principles to a case study and/or simulation (Requires Department Approval - Fall semester only; taken in conjunction with MILS 4011).
