This course probes leader responsibilities that foster an ethical command climate by developing cadet leadership competencies and applying principles and techniques of effective written and oral communication. Students are prepared for success at the ROTC Leader Development and Assessment Course (LDAC) (requires Department Approval - Spring semester only; taken in conjunction with MILS 3021).
