Catalog description

This course gives school leaders the theoretical and practical knowledge they need to effectively lead across differences. Participants will understand how to effectively meet the challenges and opportunities that come with increasing diversity, change, and complexity in our local, national, and global contexts. They will integrate multiple perspectives and apply a cultural proficiency framework to increase the quality of education and achievement in the communities they serve.
