Catalog description

This course covers both the technology and application of observing earth from space as they pertain to environmental modeling and building predictive models to test assumptions about processual trends and projected development. The objectives of this course are to review the recent progress in the application of earth observation. Applications of earth observations will focus on natural resources including but not limited to timberlands, water systems, lithosphere, atmosphere, human habitation.
