Advanced Counseling Leadership

Catalog description

This upper level course is designed for advanced students who wish to examine selected critical, clinical, professional, contemporary issues in clinical mental health counseling. The course will focus on the current issues in counseling to including but not limited to the role of ethical and legal considerations in counselor education and supervision, social and cultural issues to include social change theory and advocacy action planning, and developmental counseling.
