Catalog description

This course introduces the cloud computing and essential cloud security practices. Topics include cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), deployment types, virtualization, cloud architecture, identity and access management (IAM), encryption, data privacy, compliance, and threat mitigation. Students will gain hands-on experience with platforms like AWS or Azure to deploy services and manage cloud resources, and understand how to build, manage, and secure cloud-based systems.
