Catalog description
The application of ecological and genetic principles to conservation. Case studies include fisheries, habitat fragmentation, use of corridors, rarity, extinctions, viability analysis, endangered species and the role of models in conservation biology. May be taught concurrently with BIOL 4530. Prerequisite BIOL 4200, BIOL 6200.
