Introduction to environmental science, focusing on detention, sources and treatment methods of water pollution; air pollution; noise pollution; solid waste; and hazardous waste. Legal and regulatory background also presented. May be taught concurrently with BIOL 4230. Prerequisite BIOL 1020, BIOL 1021.
