Catalog description

This laboratory course is designed to provide students with the opportunity to learn advanced laboratory skills focused on Biochemistry and Molecular methods. This will include basic and advanced procedures of protein purification and DNA isolation from a biological material, functional protein assays and transfection and bioassays in mammalian cell lines. Lab reports and presentation of results will familiarize students with the process of scientific reports and analysis of scientific data.
