Catalog description

Survey courses facilitating the transition from Air Force ROTC cadet to Air Force ROTC officer candidate. Topics include Air Force heritage and leaders; Quality Air Force; introduction to ethics, values and leadership; group leadership problems; and continuing application of communication skills. Leadership Laboratory is mandatory and complements the course by providing the first opportunity for applied leadership experiences discussed in class. Offered spring semester.
