This course focuses on the ethical and legal aspects of nursing including decision making and legal accountability for actions taken. NUR 380 Nursing Leadership and Management This course examines the principles of effectively leading and managing nurses as a manager today’s diverse healthcare environment. Emphasis is placed on the development of interpersonal skills, group interaction and leadership, setting goals, and budgeting and resource allocation.
