Catalog description

This course provides a comprehensive overview of sustainable real estate development principles and Number Name Credits practices. Students will explore the economic, environmental, and social dimensions of sustainability in the context of real estate. The course covers green building standards, sustainable design, and construction practices, as well as strategies for creating and managing environmentally responsible and economically viable real estate projects. Emphasis is placed on integrating sustainability into every phase of the development process, from initial planning to project completion and long-term management.
