Catalog description

This course provides the student with a survey of the concepts, tools and applications in the field of operations management. The Project Management course prepares individuals to face the advanced management and administrative challenges encountered in the current large scale and/or complex high - tech global organizations. In particular, this concentration provides technically and operationally -oriented professionals with the skills necessary to ef fectively and efficiently manage large -scale projects and continuously improve related organizational processes and procedures. Complementing classes on project and operations management, the courses in the program are designed to provide the student with superior skills in online communications, financial management and business law that are needed to compete in the rapidly developing, highly competitive field of global business management.
