The course on cloud security introduces the basic concepts of security systems and cryptographic protocols, which are widely used in the design of cloud security. The issues related multi tenancy operation, virtualized infrastructure security and methods to improve virtualization security are also dealt with in this course. This course will explore the aspects of IPSec, Virtual Private Networks and SSH tunneling in addition to the cloud security issues. The course covers the details of wireless security including WEP and WPA. Different types of firewalls including packet filters, application-level gateway and NAT are also the topics of discussion in this course.
