Gas Metal Arc Welding and Flux Cored Arc Welding Pipe Welds

Catalog description

This course explains how to set up gas metal arc welding and flux cored arc welding equipment for open-root V-groove welds. It includes procedures for open-root V-groove welds with GMAW and FCAW equipment on pipes in a variety of positions. This course aligns with select modules found in the National Center for Construction Education and Research Level III Welding curricula. Must pass with a C or higher.
