Advanced Kitchen and Bath Design

Catalog description

This course provides students with advanced knowledge in the design of kitchens and baths. This course will also include the study and application of the National Kitchen and Bath Association's Guidelines of Planning Standards and Safety Criteria for residential kitchens and bathrooms, including universal design concepts. Topics include the use of building codes, safety criteria, universal design, accessibility criteria, theme and historical design, and ergonomics.
