Esthetics Practicum I

Catalog description

This course provides students with the laboratory experience necessary for the development of skill levels to be competent estheticians. The allocation of time to the various phases of esthetics is prescribed by the Georgia State Board of Cosmetology. This course includes a portion of the hours for licensure. Topics include body treatments, aromatherapy, reflexology, facials, hair removal, and lab safety and infection control. Supply Fee: $50 A work ethic grade is assigned for this course.
