Electromechanical Instrumentation and Sensors

Catalog description

This course introduces advanced applications for power electronic semiconductor devices used in mechanical applications for AC/DC motor controls and related devices with selected applications for electro-mechanical applications including instrumentation and electronic sensors; stepper-motors; servo-motors for robotic applications. Laboratory work includes circuit construction, use of appropriate instruments, troubleshooting, and circuit simulation using PSPICE and Multisim.
