Catalog description

This course covers the basics of computer terminology, input and output devices, file formatting, and file management for CAD software. It introduces students to the fundamentals of geometric construction, scale reading line relationships, and the basic history of drafting concepts. Students will also be introduced to basic and intermediate CAD commands and procedures and drafting concepts and principles.
