Health Assessment in Nursing

Catalog description

This course assists learners in developing holistic health assessment skills for nursing practice across the life span. Learners will perform and document comprehensive health histories and assessments utilizing effective communication. Learners will incorporate scientific evidence from nursing and other disciplines to promote self-care management. Learners will continue to assess and document their ongoing development and achievement of competencies.
