Unlike other business courses which have a narrow focus (accounting, finance, marketing, supply chain, HR, MIS), strategic management is a "big picture" course. This course explores these ideas: good strategic management leads to good business performance, basic concepts and tools are critical for strategic analysis, there are proven methods of crafting and executing strategy.
