Catalog description

This course examines the interdependent roles of curriculum, instruction, and assessment in fostering high-quality educational outcomes. Grounded in evidence-based practices and leadership frameworks, candidates will develop the knowledge and skills necessary to lead and sustain effective instructional programs and assessment systems in diverse educational settings. Emphasis is placed on aligning curriculum with state standards, addressing accountability measures from Ohio's school report cards, designing equitable instructional strategies, and leveraging data-driven assessment for continuous school improvement.
