Catalog description

This course examines the interrelationship between organization and leadership within educational institutions. It explores the history of leadership thought with emphasis on intellectual, political, and social forces shaping leadership as well as the integration of human behavior within school organizations. Leadership theories are studied in the context of both skill development and their impact on effective school practices. Emphasis is placed on compliance with Ohio's Operating Standards, ensuring accountability, fostering equity, and delivering high-quality educational outcomes.
