Leadership and Communication

Catalog description

This course introduces theories and concepts of leadership and discusses the possibilities and constraints of different leadership approaches across a variety of contexts. Additionally, students will develop an understanding of the fundamental role that communication plays in achieving leadership effectiveness, as well as how it is used to accomplish relational and strategic objectives in modern organizations.
