Catalog description

The Nursing Assistant course consists of 90 contact hours. Seventy four hours are spent in the classroomlab and sixteen hours are spent in a longterm care clinical setting. This course includes information necessary to improve the quality of life of clients in longterm care facilities and other health care facilities. The course consists of information important in providing a solid foundation of skills and critical procedures necessary for becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant.
