Introduction to Data Science is a course providing an overview of Data Science and the essential elements of Data Science: data collection and management, summarizing and visualizing data, basic ideas of statistical inference, predictive analytics, and machine learning, and introducing students to the role of Data Science in today’s world. Corequisite: MATH 1203 College Algebra.
