Catalog description

Laws of evidence pertaining to land boundary location and specification. Research methodology, evidence interpretation, and boundary evidence creation will be presented. Introduction to professionalism and ethics in land surveying, Arkansas survey Minimum Standards of Practice, and ALTA/NSPS Title Survey standards. Lecture three hours per week. Spring. Prerequisite: C or better in CE 2202.
