Sem. Hrs: 3 An advanced course in statistical analysis of psychological data, and application to psychological research. This initial course involves descriptive and inferential statistics, including hypothesis testing; probability; t-tests; between-subjects, within-subjects, or mixed model ANOVAs; posthoc tests; power and effect size. Prerequisites: undergraduate statistics course or instructor permission.
