Sem. Hrs: 2 An introduction to the roles of the associate degree nurse as a provider of care, manager of care, and member of the profession. These roles will be explored as they relate to the profession of nursing, legal and ethical issues, principles of teaching and learning, theory of nursing, professional accountability, and current health issues. Fall. Corequisites: NURS 11235 and NURS 11243.
