Supervised field experience in secondary social studies classrooms emphasizing lesson planning, curriculum design, and initial teaching practice under the guidance of a mentor teacher and university supervisor. Provides the foundation for Residency II. Fall. Prerequisites: Admission to the Teacher Education Program, completion of at least 90 hours of coursework, and SCED 2513. Corequisites: EDSS 4605 and SCED 4002
