Catalog description
Multidisciplinary group work on a design problem from conceptualization through selection of best alternative. A project proposal, progress report, comprehensive final report, and an oral presentation are required. Sitting for the national FE exam is optional. Lectures cover preparation for the national FE exam, the design process, and professional practice topics. Lecture two hours, laboratory one hour per week. Prerequisite, senior standing and consent of instructor. Fall, Spring.
