Sem. Hrs: 4 Theory and application of materials used in civil engineering. Nature of materials, aggregate testing, concrete testing, concrete mix design, masonry, asphalt testing, and asphalt mix design. Lecture three hours, laboratory three hours per week. Fall. Prerequisites: C or better in ENGR 2413 and ENGR 2411.
