Sem. Hrs: 3 Laboratory techniques in protein chemistry and analytical techniques. Techniques also include a variety of chromatographic methods, electrophoresis, UV-vis spectroscopy and radiochemistry. Laboratory 6 hours per week. Fall. Special course fees may apply. Prerequisites: BIOL 33373, BIOL 38093, BIOL 33631, BIOL 33633, CHEM 42031, and CHEM 42133; or instructor permission.
