Covers the principles and practices of lean manufacturing with a focus on the unique challenges and requirements of the semiconductor and aerospace industries. Covers foundational lean concepts, tools and methodologies that help streamline operations, reduce waste and improve production efficiency. Through case studies, interactive workshops and practical applications, participants gain hands-on experience in implementing lean strategies within their respective industry settings. Places special emphasis on waste reduction, continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of quality and precision that are critical in high-tech manufacturing environments.
