Catalog description

Beginning course in Modern Standard Chinese designed for students who have completed MND 101. Different pedagogical approaches such as group practice, role play and situational dialogues are designed to help students acquire basic skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Modern Standard Chinese. While linguistic elements are the focus of this course, also includes cultural information with application to global business communication.
