A key objective of the W. P. Carey Full-Time MBA program is to develop each student's leadership competencies, which are essential competencies as the individual enters the workforce and advances through organizations. During the FT MBA program, each student participates in the Executive Connections program. This program gives each student an opportunity to enhance his or her understanding of key leadership competencies, apply an experiential process of leadership development, and meet one-on-one with an executive coach to deeply explore and reflect on personal leadership competencies and goals for development.
