Examines the constitutional and statutory doctrines related to the foreign relations of the United States. Analyzes the distribution of foreign relations powers between the Executive, the Congress and the Courts. Also covers topics including the status of treaties and other types of international agreements, the role of the states in foreign relations, and recent developments in foreign relations law.
