Catalog description

Explores the law governing politics and elections in the United States. Examines a variety of topics, including: the Constitution and its protection of the right to vote; reapportionment; the Voting Rights Act; gerrymandering; the constitutional rights of political parties; campaign finance regulation; and election administration (e.g., the use of electronic voting equipment, provisional and early voting). Also considers the relationship between these topics and partisanship.
