Catalog description

Examines laws relating to the ownership, consumption and conservation of energy resources, including coal, petroleum, natural gas, sunlight and wind. Explores and analyzes laws that allocate interests in energy resources and that regulate energy production and delivery strategies so as to promote economic efficiency and to mitigate adverse impacts on the natural environment.
