Catalog description

The philosophic approach of assessing whole body movement. Expands the student's understanding of the basic movement patterns needed to reduce injury and how the body compensates for movement impairments. Students gain practice screening movement to identify imbalances and dysfunction and learn how to apply corrective exercise techniques.
