Catalog description

Assesses motivational theories relevant to the field of exercise and health psychology. Evaluates research and utilizes the findings to create applied public service announcements targeted toward a specific health issue (e.g., exercise, nutrition, smoking) and a specific population. Assesses students on four group public service announcements and 'mini exams' for each unit. Taught in class, online and in a hybrid format.
