Advanced study of Biblical Hebrew. Deepens understanding of the grammar and composition of the Hebrew Bible. Translates texts of different literary genres (narrative, legal, poetic, prophetic) and different periods. Introduces the basic principles of textual criticism and different approaches to interpret the texts of the Hebrew Bible.
