Catalog description

Higher education has its roots as the center of democracy, thus diverse perspectives and experiences become vital for learning and development. Develops and nourishes perspectives regarding issues of love, justice, equity and inclusion (LJEI) in higher education, using a liberatory consciousness framework. Provides an opportunity to examine these issues that permeate higher education through societal and systemic practices, policies, norms, values and beliefs. Discussion-based seminar format.
