Reviews the translation of new drug research from bench to FDA approval. Provides an overview and history of the translational process in the discovery of new drugs and biologics used in the treatment of medical conditions. Topics include: addressing the gaps in drug development, new approaches to speed the process from bench to FDA approval, and the provision evidence-based medicine for sustainable pharmaceutical products utilized in medical treatment.
